Rehana is an experienced educational leader with over 20 years’ working in Bradford Education, in school leader positions since 2001, culminating in Head of School positions at Feversham College and Queensbury School. Rehana is dedicated to using her skills to encourage aspirations for high achievement and a positive working environment for all at her school. |
Nicola Oakland (Business Manager) |
Nicola has almost a decade’s experience of working in Finance within the Education sector at schools in the North of England. She is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians with a strong desire to continue professional development of herself and those around her. Nicola is passionate about developing the children of Bradford through a safe, strong educational setting. |
Nusrat Sadiq (Director of Learning - Communications) |
Nusrat began her journey as a teacher in the 1990s and holds graduate qualifications in Education and Middle Eastern Political and Contemporary History. Nusrat is a passionate and outgoing practitioner of her subjects, aiming to assist learners to achieve their best with positivity and passion. |
Theresa Rose (Director of Learning - Science and Sport) |
Theresa has worked in schools for nearly 20 years, many in good and outstanding schools, after a career in laboratory working. She has a strong track record in achieving great results for pupils throughout secondary education. Theresa is keen to encourage all around her to achieve their best results. |
Stephanie Robertshaw (Assistant Principal) |
Mrs Robertshaw has been teaching for 15 years and has undertaken various leadership positions at different stages of her career, including head of department and team leader for Pearson exam board. In her previous position at Feversham Academy, she led a pastoral team, managed the transitions from KS2-3 and KS3-4, and managed achievement for KS3. She is dedicated to all areas of school life, including taking on the role of staff governor for the last 3 years. She has successfully completed her NPQSL and is currently completing her SENDCO qualification. |
Lyndsay Hall (Vice Principal) |
Miss Hall has taught at Queensbury Academy for 14 years having started as an ITT and NQT leaving to undertake a second placement at another local school before returning to join the team permanently in 2004. Miss Hall has worked as an Advanced Skills Teacher, which is a role committed to improving the quality of teaching and learning in schools across Bradford by offering tailored support to individuals, departments and through delivering training to groups focusing on areas of professional development. Miss Hall has a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Lancaster University. She is also a qualified Advanced Skills Teacher. |
