Due to the extensive experience within the Trust, teaching at Bronte Girls’ Academy feels like being an integral part of a growing organisation dedicated to the improvement of its educational offering. Staff are driven by an empowered leadership team, and through CPD and evaluating effectiveness of teaching practices, a successful learning culture is fostered in which students become enthusiastic, independent, and committed lifelong learners.

“Our job is to help every young person discover and unlock their unique talents. Learning at Bronte Girls’ helps them develop spiritually, morally, and culturally, developing into active citizens in the wider world and flourishing as individuals in a diverse society. From guest speakers, trips and visits to charity work, assemblies and tutor time, staff empower pupils to make positive changes and life choices.

“As an ECT, I have received exceptional support from my mentor and leadership team and have developed positive professional relationships to better support pupils in achieving educational excellence. The Trust’s partnerships also provide collaborative opportunities to maintain high educational standards, including enhanced teaching and learning and consistency in the curriculum and assessments – resulting in a strong school system delivering the very best outcomes.”
